Zacks Link is an interactive, menu-driven application that enables users to access any information in Zacks databases seamlessly from within Microsoft Excel - via the Internet.
Zacks Link enables you to create sophisticated custom analytical models using the Excel-style formulas in the reports. Data used for the report generation can be retrieved from a variety of sources: Zacks standard databases, your custom Zacks database, or it can be imported from other spreadsheets or data files.
The data is accessed using a highly flexible, simple and logical command structure. Just use Zacks Link's user-friendly interface to enter data requests directly into a cell or range of cells within the spreadsheet, and Zacks Link does the rest. Automatically!
Your reports will have the most current data formatted and presented the way you want it within seconds.
With Zacks Link you can:
• Retrieve data from a local database source or from a Zacks server via the Internet.
• Format, chart and automate Excel reports
• Use Zacks predefined reports or create custom reports.
Predefined Reports: Select from several dozen predefined, preformatted reports, used as-is or customized.
Customized Reports: Data can be placed anywhere on the spreadsheet to create higher-level calculations and produce charts for Single or Multi-Company reports.
• Reference other cell contents in your reports.
• Perform free structure or time series data links.
